The first theory involves the Mangekyo Sharingan and a technique inherited from her mother and Tsunade, passed down from Mito Uzumaki—the technique known as Byakugō.

While its origins are lost in time, its similarity to the Karma  Seal suggests that it accumulates genetic data,   filling the user’s vessel with chakra and enabling powerful regeneration. Similarly,   the Karma Seal acts as an empty container that stores genetic code, allowing its wielder to retain not only chakra but also information about their body’s state.

The key detail is that Byakugo uses stored data to restore the body to the exact condition it was in when the technique was first activated. This means that even with the Mangekyo Sharingan,   her eyes would remain intact, preventing blindness. The second theory suggests a transplant of Sasuke’s eyes.

In Naruto,  it was stated that to awaken the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, one must transplant the eyes of their closest blood relative. So, Sarada has three potential ways to overcome the blindness issue caused by the Mangekyo Sharingan.

The fact that Sasuke’s clone has identical chakra is direct proof of his genetic closeness to her, making his eyes a perfect transplant option. What makes these eyes so unique? By obtaining half of Hagoromo’s chakra and possibly healing with Hashirama’s cells,   Sasuke awakened a Rinnegan with three tomoe in his left eye. In my opinion, having both the   Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan is far superior to simply possessing two Rinnegan.   How exactly she’ll obtain the Tomoe Rinnegan depends on the Boruto Manga future developments.
