Team 7 vs Code & Five Shinjū Battle Theories

Today, we’ll discuss how Boruto, Kawaki, Himawari, Sarada, Daemon, and Mitsuki will face off against the five Shinjū and Code. We’ll also speculate what might happen in Chapter 16 of the Boruto manga. The previous chapter confirmed that the new Shinjū is Shinki, Gaara’s adopted son.

Chapter 16 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex will reveal many character confrontations. In Chapter 15, the possibility of a new rescue mission for the Kazekage is mentioned, requested by Kankurō, implying that multiple ninjas might be sent to address the situation. Many people think Mitsuki is the top candidate for this mission, and it’s no coincidence.

We’ll listen to my fellow’s arguments, and then I’ll share my opinion. But before the article starts, I’d like to ask you to read the Boruto manga until the end, as there will be a special message for everyone reading my blogs.

Now, my colleagues present intriguing arguments. They argue that the Shinjū’s motives involve absorbing those closest to the main body, making Gaara the target of Shinki. The Leaf Village would need to send its best ninja to protect Gaara, though most of them can’t leave the village. Sarada and Himawari are threatened by the Shinjū, making their participation unlikely. Kawaki and Boruto are expected to stay with Himawari to protect her. This leaves only Mitsuki, who Shikadai and other members of Team 10 would likely accompany.

However, I think Konoha won’t take this step. They won’t send anyone to the Sand Village because it’s pointless. In Chapter 16 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, I think no one will be able to unseal Gaara. Even with Team 10, Mitsuki won’t stand a chance against Shinki and the other Shinjū. Shinjū doesn’t work alone; this has been shown repeatedly in the Boruto manga. They always appear in pairs, never alone. Boruto and Kawaki’s alliance will devise a better way to rescue Gaara. The best option will be to destroy the Shinjū around Konoha.

This is where things get interesting—how will Boruto, Kawaki, Himawari, Sarada, Daemon, and Mitsuki battle the five Shinjū and Code? In Chapter 16 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Team 7 assumes the role of protecting Konoha. The team—Mitsuki, Kawaki, Boruto, and Sarada—looks strong on the surface, but their opponents aren’t weak either. Here’s how I envision the battle formations:

The first duo is Mitsuki and Kawaki—a powerful combination of strength and strategy. Let’s analyze their duo first. With his Sage Mode, Mitsuki can support and enhance Kawaki’s attacks. Mitsuki can use his snake techniques for ranged attacks, while Kawaki’s power and karma transformation act as the strike force. Their combined efforts could pose a significant threat to their enemies, especially with Kawaki’s use of black rods from his eye.

The second duo is Boruto and Sarada. On the other flank, we have Boruto and Sarada. Boruto, possessing karma and his unique techniques, can create powerful attacks without limitations. As Boruto said, his new Rasengan has no damage limit. With her Sharingan, Sarada is expected to reveal a new type of Susanoo. As we’ve seen, Sarada can detect enemies’ weaknesses and provide strategic support. Their synergy could be key to winning against Jura.

You might ask, why are Kawaki and Boruto in separate teams? That’s because giving each team one strong member creates a balanced team.

They’d be at a disadvantage if both were paired with weaker members. The third duo is Himawari and Daemon. Let’s not forget Himawari, now infused with Kurama’s chakra, wields formidable power, enhancing her combat skills and allowing her to influence the battle. Himawari can use techniques related to the Nine-Tails chakra to shield her teammates and land powerful blows on opponents.

With his ability to reflect attacks through his Shinjutsu, Daemon can swiftly turn the situation in his favour. His involvement may be crucial, especially if he joins forces with Himawari, creating a powerful combination of attacks. Now, let’s consider the power distribution.

Mitsuki and Kawaki will likely face two of the most agile and cunning Shinjū, who represent the main threats to Team 7. Most likely, this would be Code and Ryu. Their speed and strength will allow them to counter their opponents effectively. Boruto and Sarada might take on two of the strongest Shinjū, using their strategies and synergy to control the flow of battle. They would face Jura and Hidari, as hinted at in the Boruto manga online about their upcoming rematch. Himawari and Daemon would join forces to eliminate the remaining Shinjū, probably Matsuri and Mamushi. Their combined efforts could be the deciding factor in the battle’s outcome. The faster they defeat Matsuri and Mamushi, the quicker they can aid Boruto and Kawaki.

This intense confrontation promises surprises, with each character contributing to the team’s strategy. How will they combine their strengths and adapt to changing battle conditions? Which side will emerge victorious?

And I’ll respond with a power comparison for those who still think Ryu will battle Mitsuki in the Sand Village in Chapter 16 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Starting with Ryu, he possesses the power of the Shinjū, granting him access to a range of powerful techniques, regeneration, and a potent type of chakra. He can control sand and use it for both defence and offence. These abilities allow him to control the battlefield and launch unexpected attacks. His sealing techniques make him especially dangerous, as he can neutralize and paralyze opponents’ attacks. Shinki also has strong self-awareness and strategic thinking, which makes him a formidable opponent for even skilled ninjas.

Now, let’s talk about Mitsuki, who combines the inherited genetic feature called Senninka, or as you may know it, Sage Transformation. His Sage Mode grants him enhanced speed and strength, allowing him to use natural energy in his attacks. He achieves Sage Mode differently, utilizing body fluids interacting with natural energy, a trait exclusive to Jūgo’s Clan members. By interacting with special fluids in his body, he gains enhanced physical capabilities and the ability to perform various body transformations. He naturally stores chakra as part of his physiology.

Battling Boruto, Mitsuki demonstrated his adaptability and combat skills. One key aspect of Mitsuki is his skill with snake-related techniques, which allow him to attack from a distance and protect himself. However, his strength depends on his control over natural energy, which could be a vulnerability if his opponent can neutralize it. Comparing Ryu and Mitsuki requires assessing both their techniques and adaptability.

Shinki, with Ryu’s powers, surpasses Mitsuki physically, giving him a significant advantage. Mitsuki’s Sage Mode allows him to increase his physical attributes, enhancing his resilience to attacks and enabling him to strike more swiftly. This could help him counter Ryu’s sand manipulation and sealing techniques.

So, in Chapter 16 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, there won’t be any mission to save Gaara. Mitsuki won’t be sent to the Sand Village. While comparing Ryu and Mitsuki makes it hard to say definitively who’s stronger, Shinki’s battlefield control through the Shinjū power gives him an edge. Still, Mitsuki’s speed and sage skills make him resilient against stronger foes. However, Mitsuki has limits in endurance and regeneration, which could lead to his defeat against Ryu. And Konoha can’t afford to lose such a key ally. That’s why Mitsuki won’t be sent to the Sand Village.
