Top 10 Most Powerful Characters in Boruto Two Blue Vortex
a
10th – Shinju
As an honorable mention, we have the Shinju. This refers to Hidari, Matsuri, and Bug. They have shown surprising power due to the Jubi and the people trapped in the trees, such as Sasuke and Moegi. Hidari demonstrated the ability to manipulate Code’s claw marks using his Rinnegan and Sasuke’s abilities such as Chidori. He can also use Wood Style. Matsuri, a clone of Moegi, possesses powers related to Earth and Water Styles, which Moegi had. They are in last place because they are weaker than the other characters on this list, but they deserve a mention for being powerful.
9th – Kashin Koji
Kashin Koji is the clone of Jiraiya, who became very popular in the “Boruto” fandom due to his similarities with the legendary Sannin. He was a member of Kara, who worked with Amado to destroy Jigen’s body. His powers are based on Jiraiya’s techniques, such as the Perfect Sage Mode, which Koji can activate at any time, dramatically increasing his physical strength and the potency of his jutsus, like his Rasengan, which Koji can evolve into a Giant Rasengan, a Ninjutsu with devastating destructive power. Kashin Koji has also demonstrated mastery of Fire Style techniques, including natural fire, which is much hotter than usual, a jutsu he used to destroy Jigen’s body. He also knows sealing techniques and can summon toads in battle. He ranks higher than the previously mentioned Shinju because Koji has potent abilities like Rasengan and is physically stronger thanks to Sage Mode. Additionally, Koji claimed to have encountered a spiny soul before, so it’s very likely that he has fought and defeated a Shinju. For these reasons, Kashin Koji ranks higher than characters like Chidori and Matsuri due to his powers and knowledge.
8th – Naruto
I am considering only characters from “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex”; therefore, Naruto makes it here because he briefly appeared in the manga. Even without Kurama, he remains a mighty ninja. Naruto fully masters the Perfect Sage Mode, a technique that increases his strength thousands of times, making him more resilient and robust. With this transformation, Naruto can use techniques like Frog Kata and the powerful Giant Rasengan, having enough chakra to use this high-level Jutsu multiple times. Naruto also has the Rasen-Sharingan, a Ninjutsu capable of destroying his opponents at a cellular level. Additionally, he can still use chakra from other bijou to access Kekkei Genkai, such as the Lava Release from Son Goku, which Naruto used in “Boruto” to face Delta. Naruto can also use multiple Giant Rasengan with his clones, just as he did to defeat Kurama. Therefore, Naruto still possesses a lot of destructive power and many different techniques to use in battle, placing him above Kashin Koji. He is a more experienced ninja, has more powerful jutsu, is a more skilled user of Sage Mode and Rasengan, and has mastered all nature transformations.
7th – Sasuke
Even without the Rinnegan, Sasuke remains a mighty ninja, as in practice, the only power he lost was Amenotejikara. Sasuke is a ninja with a wide range of abilities. He masters all nature transformations and can use various Lightning Styles Jutsu, such as Chidori and its variations, and Kirin, a Ninjutsu that uses natural lightning to cause immense destruction. Sasuke also possesses the Mangekyou Sharingan, which allows him to use and manipulate Amaterasu flames that burn anything to ashes. He can also use Sharingan genjutsu to create powerful illusions, anticipate movements, and copy Ninjutsu. Additionally, Sasuke has his powerful Perfect Susanoo, a Ninjutsu that summons a giant chakra avatar to fight for him, capable of using swords, bows, and arrows and creating extra defenses with Amaterasu’s flames. Sasuke retains the same speed as before, equivalent to Naruto with Kurama’s powers, meaning he is just as fast as before, and he is also highly resistant to physical attacks, as seen in his fight against Isshiki. Sasuke ranks above Naruto because he did not change his fighting style with the loss of the Rinnegan since the only Rinnegan power Sasuke used in battle was teleportation. At the same time, Naruto lost all his base power with Kurama’s loss.
6th – Code
Placing a character like Code above Sasuke is challenging, as he has no relevant demonstration of power in the story, only Amado’s statements. We have never seen Code defeat a powerful adversary, as Sasuke sacrificed himself to save Boruto, and we did not see Code defeating him. Still, the power scale presented in the manga suggests that Code is more robust than Naruto and Sasuke, even without concrete evidence. Code’s powers are based on his claw marks, which allow him to teleport quickly between them. Amado claims that Code has physical strength superior to Gigans, meaning that he theoretically could break Sasuke’s Susanoo. Code also has a transformation when activating his false Karma, which grants him increased speed, strength, and resilience. Additionally, he managed to control the Jubie and create an army. Code is also an excellent user of Taijutsu, thanks to his false Karma. Despite Amado’s claims, it has never been proven in battle that Code possesses all this strength; however, he ranks here in sixth place based on the logic presented in the manga.
5th – Eida
Eida is a cyborg created by Amado based on the genes of Shibai Otsutsuki, which he found and used to manifest powers in her. She does not have combat skills but can utilize the most incredible power in the “Naruto” universe: omnipotence. Although Eida does not fully master this Shinjutsu of Shibai, she can use it to a certain extent. With this power, the user can do anything. Amado claims that Shibai used this power to create entire worlds. Since she does not fully master the ability, Eida uses it unconsciously to create Fascination, a skill that allows her to charm and control anyone except relatives and Otsutsuki. She can make any human fall hopelessly in love with her, but this power works better on weaker individuals. Even against powerful characters, this power can completely paralyze her adversaries and cause irreparable damage depending on the situation. This power manifested in Eida because her greatest desire is to have love, making omnipotence unconsciously create Fascination. Eida also used the power of omnipotence to reverse the lives of Boruto and Kawaki, altering the memories of everyone on the planet and turning Boruto Uzumaki into a villain. She can do anything with this power. If she fully masters it, she ranks above everyone so far because no one would be able to escape the effects of Fascination and would suffer severe mental and physical damage, as Shikamaru stated.
4th – Kawaki
Kawaki is one of the most powerful characters in “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex.” He possesses immense power due to his Karma and connection with the Otsutsuki. After merging with Isshki’s power and installing the Karma, Kawaki has demonstrated impressive strength. His Karma allows him to use powerful techniques and alter his form, granting him remarkable destructive abilities. Kawaki is a powerful ninja capable of facing high-level opponents with excellent efficiency. His ability to manipulate Karma gives him access to advanced combat techniques and allows him to manifest brute strength that can surpass many adversaries. His regeneration and resistance are also superior, making him a formidable opponent. Due to his impressive strength and abilities, Kawaki ranks fourth on this list. He is one of the most powerful characters in the series and poses a significant threat to any enemy he faces.
3rd – Boruto
After the time skips, Boruto has become a completely different character, much colder and more determined in his battles. He has shown a surprising level of power and an attitude that intimidates any adversary. Boruto learned Sasuke’s skills in a year and created a new Rasengan known as Rasengan Uzuhiko. This Ninjutsu uses the power of Earth’s rotation and its forces, such as centrifugal force, to create a Rasengan that destroys the opponent, causing severe physical damage, such as an inability to stand, pain throughout the body, and even a slow death when the Uzuhiko’s power is low. In addition, Boruto mastered Tobirama’s Reanimation Jutsu, allowing him to teleport to locations where Kashin Koji’s toad is, such as various places in Konoha and even the Jubie dimension. He uses toads in conjunction, which enables him to save Sarada twice. Boruto can also use his tools, such as kunai and swords. This is how he used to deliver an epic Rasengan to Hidari and escape from Mitsuki’s attacks. Boruto has also mastered Kakashi’s Purple Lightning, a Ninjutsu superior to Chidori in power. Using this technique with his sword, he has become a Kinjutsu expert, just like his master, Sasuke Uchiha. With these powers, Boruto has defeated Code, Mitsuki, Kawaki, and Hidari, showing that he does not need Momoshiki’s powers to face and defeat characters of Uzuhiko’s level. He ranks third primarily because Jura defeated him in Chapter 12, a loss that seems unjust to readers of the manga. However, it is essential to note that Boruto has all the means to defeat Jura, as he has not yet used Karma’s powers, making him much more powerful than the current villain, mainly due to his ability to absorb Bijuu Dama with Karma. Therefore, he is in third place according to the logic presented in the manga, but it is clear that, in practice, Boruto is more potent than Jura.
2nd – Jura
Currently, Jura is the main villain of the manga. He is the most potent Shinju created from the Divine Tree, possibly representing the Jubie. A clear indication of Jura’s power is the Six Paths symbol on his back, suggesting he possesses Rikodo chakra and Rikodo Senjutsu, similar to characters like Naruto, Madara, and Obito, who had this mark and corresponding powers. Additionally, Jura has demonstrated the ability to manipulate Wood Style, even defeating an entire battalion of elite Konoha ninjas and severely injuring Inojin. Jura can also fully manipulate Bijuu Damas using his Rinnegan, creating a large sphere of chakra to cause significant explosions or even using smaller versions the size of a Rinnegan, as well as other forms, such as small bursts that cause pain and agony, like the version used on Himawari, and a laser-shaped Biju Dama, which was used to take down Boruto in the latest chapter of the manga. Jura can also fly at high speeds and use the Six Paths of the Rinnegan, as seen in the latest chapter when he used the attraction powers to retrieve the Spiked Soul. Jura ranks second mainly due to the logic presented in the manga, as he defeated Boruto, and the story’s context suggests that Jura is one step ahead of Boruto Uzumaki. However, it is known that Boruto could defeat Jura using Karma powers, such as the ability to absorb chakra to neutralize Bijuu Damas. Additionally, Boroshiki has a power level far above Jura’s when controlling Boruto’s body. However, since Boruto has not yet mastered Karma and was defeated, he is ranked third. With this clarified, let’s move on to the first place.
1st – Daemon
The first place could be none other than Daemon. He remains undeniably the most powerful character, even without any power evolution during the time skip. Daemon’s powers are based on the genes of Shibai Otsutsuki. Amado found Shibai’s body and used it to grant powers to Daemon. His power is known as Reflection, which is straightforward: Daemon can reflect any form of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or hostile thought directed at him. Yes, even thoughts. It was said that Daemon needs to hold his opponent’s shoulder to use this power, but we know this is not entirely true, as Daemon has used these powers on characters he hasn’t even touched. Any activity that represents a threat to Daemon’s life is instantly reflected. For example, when Kawaki met Daemon, he imagined attacking Daemon, but at the exact moment, Kawaki received that attack. In other words, if someone wishes for Daemon’s death, that wish will be reflected, and the person will die merely for having that desire. Do you understand the level of power? No matter how powerful the Ninjutsu or even the Shinjutsu attacks are, they are reflected instantly, and the enemy will die immediately or be severely injured. For instance, when Daemon was introduced in the manga, some of Boruto’s guards tried to eliminate him with weapons, but their mere intention was reflected, and each of them was killed instantly. This character simply cannot be hit or defeated; at least, nothing has shown the ability to do so, and we still don’t know the true limit of Daemon’s power.
